I offer a range of fitness training plans, from in-person individual training sessions to group training to online fitness coaching. I also provide a nutrition support plan to supplement the personal training programs.
Training Packages
In-Person Training
$99/hr
Purchase 10 sessions in advance and get an 11th for free
Includes:
- The session is done at your home or a nearby park to mix things up on those rare sunny days!
- I provide basic equipment to supplement what you have at your home
- A personalized program that is constantly being adapted to reach your goals
- Weekly encouragement texts and check-ins
- The cost can be split between up to 4 people for a small group session
Online Personal Training
$99/month
Minimum of 60-day commitment
Includes:
- Initial FaceTime call
- Custom personalized program designed to help you reach your goals using the equipment you have access to and any fitness classes you are currently taking
- 4 workouts per week
- Text encouragement on workout days
- Availability via text or email to ask questions
- Weekly workout schedule available every Sunday
Online and In-Person Training
$150/month
Minimum of 60-day commitment
For individual use only; cannot be split amongst a group of people
Includes:
- All of the items included in both in-person training and online training
- One 1-hour in-person training session per month; additional in-person training sessions can be added for just $50/hour
- PLUS, one-time analysis of current nutrition habits
Nutrition Package (add-on)
Nutrition Support
$50/month
Must be added to a personal training program
Includes:
- Assessment of current eating habits
- Identification of areas of change
- Information on eating plans to best support your personal goals
- Weekly check-ins
- Real-time availability to answer questions on food choices
