  • The session is done at your home or a nearby park to mix things up on those rare sunny days!
  • I provide basic equipment to supplement what you have at your home
  • A personalized program that is constantly being adapted to reach your goals
  • Weekly encouragement texts and check-ins
  • The cost can be split between up to 4 people for a small group session

Online Personal Training

$99/month

Minimum of 60-day commitment

Includes:

  • Initial FaceTime call
  • Custom personalized program designed to help you reach your goals using the equipment you have access to and any fitness classes you are currently taking
  • 4 workouts per week
  • Text encouragement on workout days
  • Availability via text or email to ask questions
  • Weekly workout schedule available every Sunday

Online and In-Person Training

$150/month

Minimum of 60-day commitment

For individual use only; cannot be split amongst a group of people
